Reiki Teacher Training Pathway
This training is for practitioners who feel called to teach Reiki responsibly, ethically, and with confidence, not just to hold a certificate, but to genuinely guide others.
My Reiki Teacher Training is not a weekend add-on.
It is a mentored teaching pathway rooted in experience, integrity, and real-world practice.
I’ve worked in healthcare, supported people through trauma, and taught Reiki for many years. I take the responsibility of teaching seriously and that’s exactly how I train my Reiki Teachers.
What This Training Includes
Initial 1 Day Teacher Training (In Person or Live Online)
12-Month Mentored Teaching Year
After the initial training, you enter a supported teaching year, where you:
Shadow my Reiki Level 1 and 2 trainings (in person and/or online)
Observe how I teach, hold space, and support students
Receive ongoing guidance, feedback, and mentoring
Begin developing your own teaching voice, not copying mine
You are not left alone. You are actively supported.
We cover:
Holding safe, grounded teaching spaces
How to teach Reiki Level 1 clearly and confidently
Ethics, boundaries, and responsibility as a Reiki teacher
Attunements and lineage transmission
Supporting students emotionally and energetically
Teaching Reiki in a way that’s practical, not performative
This is the foundation, not the finish line.

Manual & Teaching Development
During the year you will:
Use parts of my Reiki manuals as a reference
Be guided to create your own Level 1 manual
Develop a clear two-day teaching structure
Learn how to explain Reiki in grounded, accessible language
I support you to teach in your own words, with integrity.
Teaching Assessment & Certification
When you’re ready:
You deliver a full Reiki Level 1 course over two days
I observe you teaching in person
You demonstrate safe practice, clarity, and confidence
Once completed successfully, you receive your Reiki Teacher Certificate.
This ensures that when you teach, you are ready, not rushed.
