Hello beautiful soul, I’m Leanne, and this is my life’s work.

Holistic Care Durham was born from a lifelong calling to help others return to themselves body, mind, and spirit. My approach is deeply integrative, blending science, spirituality, and sacred care in a way that honours the whole person. Before stepping fully into my healing practice, I worked within the NHS for 16 years as a nurse. That experience gave me a real understanding of human pain and resilience, the ways physical and emotional wounds intertwine, and how vital it is to feel truly seen and heard.

I’ve since trained in a wide range of modalities, not to collect titles, but because I believe that true healing requires deep understanding of the body, the mind, and the soul’s incarnation.

Each qualification represents another way of listening, another way of meeting someone exactly where they are.

Over the years, I’ve supported many people through low mood, depression, chronic pain, burnout, trauma, anxiety, and the real ache of not feeling themselves. My work is for those who are ready to return, soften, to release and to find their way back to their own true self. Each session is unique sometimes quiet and deeply energetic, sometimes conversational and emotional, sometimes practical and grounding. We might work with touch, energy, movement, stillness, breath, or simply presence. Whatever is needed in that moment is what arises.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to hold space while you remember your own wholeness. To help you find clarity, peace, and the gentle strength that’s already within you. This is sacred work and it’s an honour to walk beside you in it. With love Leanne x
