At Holistic Care Durham, my Reiki sessions are deeply intuitive, unique, and soul-led. No two sessions are ever the same, because no two people are the same. I work with the pure love frequency as a facilitator and space holder, allowing a sacred, safe container where you can soften, release, and receive exactly what you need. I don’t direct the energy. I attune to your unique vibration and listen deeply to your body, your aura, and your soul. Your healing session is created in the moment, guided by what you’re ready for and what your energy is asking to receive.

My work blends the ancient wisdom of traditional Usui Reiki with years of experience as a healer, teacher, therapist, and spiritual space holder. You are not simply receiving Reiki, you are entering a held, loving field of possibility and potential.

Throughout your session, I remain open to gentle intuitive guidance. At times, messages, imagery or insights may come through that are for your highest good.
