REIKI TEACHER MENTORSHIP

This mentorship is for those who feel called not just to practise Reiki, but to teach it with depth, respect, confidence and responsibility. Becoming a Reiki teacher is not something I believe should be rushed over one weekend. It is not just about knowing the levels or passing on techniques. It is about learning how to hold students, create safe learning spaces, understand the responsibility of teaching, and carry Reiki forward with integrity.

Arriving here

Some of you will have trained through each level with me. Others may have completed your Reiki Master training elsewhere and feel ready to step into teaching in a more grounded and supported way. Wherever you are coming from, this mentorship is about slowing down, refining your understanding, and preparing properly.

One-to-One Mentorship

This mentorship is offered on a one-to-one basis, so dates are arranged personally with you rather than set as a fixed group course.

If you feel ready to begin, please contact me directly and we can arrange the two in-person training days around dates that work for us both. WhatsApp is best on 07388181980 and feel free to contact me before you purchase this training.

The mentorship

This begins with two in-person training days in Durham, followed by one full year of mentorship. Together we explore:

• what it really means to be a Reiki teacher

• holding space for students with care and clarity

• creating ethical, grounded Reiki training

• supporting different learning styles

• course structure and student progression

• writing your own manuals

• building confidence in speaking, demonstrating and teaching

• boundaries, safeguarding and professional responsibility

• keeping Reiki rooted in practice, not performance

During the year, you are invited to attend my Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden teachings as often as you wish, so you can observe, absorb, ask questions, and see how the teachings land in a real group setting.

Your teaching practice

Once you have written your Shoden manual and feel ready, you will deliver a two-day Shoden training while I observe and support you. This is not to test you harshly. It is to make sure you feel steady, prepared and confident before stepping out as a teacher in your own right.

After this observed teaching has been completed, your Reiki Teacher certificate is awarded.
