Reiki training does not end with a certificate. Our understanding continues through personal practice, treatment experience, reflection and further teaching.

Reiki Further Study at Holistic Care Durham is a developing programme of live online teachings for students and practitioners who wish to explore Usui Reiki Ryoho beyond the material usually covered within their original training. Each webinar takes one area of Reiki practice and examines it with greater depth. Subjects may include Japanese practices and philosophy, the body and hibiki, the Reiki symbols, ethics, treatment practice, communication and the relationship between personal cultivation and offering Reiki to others.

These are not replacement Reiki courses or additional “levels.” They are opportunities to revisit, question, practice and embody what we have already received. You do not need to have trained with Holistic Care Durham to attend. The required Reiki level will be clearly stated within each webinar description.
