1:1 Okuden Reiki Training 14hrs
Okuden is the second level of Reiki and is for those who have already completed Shoden, Reiki Level 1, and feel ready to deepen their practice. This private 1:1 Okuden Reiki training gives you space to explore Reiki Level 2 in a more personal and carefully held way. It may be suitable if group course dates do not work for you, if you prefer to learn privately, or if you know you would benefit from more time for questions, practice and support.
Okuden introduces the Reiki symbols and mantras, distance Reiki, emotional and mental support within Reiki, deeper self-practice, treatment confidence, ethics, consent and professional boundaries.
This training is not about rushing into practitioner work or collecting symbols as techniques. Okuden asks us to deepen our relationship with Reiki through practice, responsibility, compassion and maturity.
My teaching is rooted in Usui Reiki Ryōhō, with a strong emphasis on Japanese Reiki practice, self-cultivation, ethics, presence and care.

This training can be offered in person at Holistic Care Durham or online via Zoom. In-person training is held at my therapy and training centre in Durham. Online training is held live via Zoom and is still taught with care, structure and space for questions.
