Reiki Refresher Training 4hrs
Reiki refresher training is for those who have already completed a Reiki level and would like to revisit it with more depth, clarity and support. You may have trained a long time ago and feel unsure where to begin again. You may have completed a course but not felt properly supported afterwards. You may feel confused by mixed teachings, online content, or training that did not give you the grounding, ethics or structure you needed.
A Reiki refresher gives you space to revisit the level you have already received, ask questions, fill in gaps, rebuild confidence and reconnect with Reiki in a way that feels steady, respectful and practical.
This is not about criticising your previous training. It is about meeting you where you are now and helping your practice feel clearer, safer and more supported.
Refresher training can be offered in person at Holistic Care Durham or online via Zoom.

Have already completed a Reiki level.

What can be covered
The content of your refresher will depend on the level you have already completed and what you need support with.

The Reiki principles.
Self-practice and daily practice.
Japanese Reiki techniques.
Grounding before and after Reiki.
Hand positions and treatment structure.
Consent, ethics and boundaries.
Practitioner care and aftercare.
Explaining Reiki clearly.
Client communication and confidence.
Symbols and mantras, where appropriate to your level.
Distance Reiki, where appropriate to your level.
Reiju and teaching support, where appropriate to your level.
Important note
Reiki refresher training is only available for levels you have already completed. It does not replace full training for a new Reiki level and it does not move you into the next level of Reiki. If you wish to progress to a new Reiki level, you will need to book full Reiki training for that level.
Format
Reiki refresher training can be offered in person at Holistic Care Durham or online via Zoom. In-person refreshers are held at my therapy and training centre in Durham. Online refreshers are held live via Zoom and are still taught with care, structure and space for questions.
Price £175 for 4hrs
Availability
Reiki refresher training is mainly available on Mondays and Saturdays, with occasional exceptions where possible. Dates are arranged directly with me after we have spoken.
